Paula holds a RYT-200hr certification through Yoga Alliance, as well as SOULfusion, PiYo and Barre. Her passion is to help individuals achieve the best version of themselves through yoga, fitness, meditation, or a combination of it. That’s what drew her to teaching. Her favorite thing to do is to guide people to cultivate a habit of honoring their bodies and help them find a deeper connection with their mind through self-discovery and acceptance. Paula is originally from Brazil and bring high energy fun to all of her classes. Whether your goal is to have a little time for yourself, build strength, increase flexibility and overall health, or simply quiet the mind, she is looking forward to meeting you where you are.
Kids Yoga Classes start this week at Hoosier Warriors Gym in Avon! Classes are designed to each age group to teach kids how to move safely while honoring & loving their bodies . This is a practice on the mat for any level of flexibility or experience. Bringing mindfulness and a loving kindness awareness to the body and connection with the mind .
