Our parties begin at $150 for a two hour private event party. The price includes 15 participants, including the person which the party is held for and siblings. (The adults in the party area are not counted.) Guests that are under 4 years old will need an adult on the floor with them at all times to help navigate the equipment and keep them safe around the bigger kids. Due to our current COVID 19 safety protocol, these adults MUST be included in your headcount. You will have one party worker, two 6 feet rectangular tables, and seating for 15 at the tables. Additional seating around the lobby is available, but minimal.
The party consist of 90 minutes of guided fun with about 45 minutes of instructional play, followed by 45 minutes of free exploration. The lobby at the gym that is converted into the party room for events. During the last 30 minutes of the party participants move to the lobby for socializing, food and gifts. Participants are not allowed back on the equipment at during this time.
Two obstacle courses will be set up to accommodate 10-15 guests. The maximum participants allowed is 20 in an effort to keep waiting to a minimum and to adhere to safety guidelines. The participants will be walked through the course to show them what is acceptable and safe to do, followed by practice rounds before having a timed round. All courses are built to the age of the child having the party.
Parents of your guests are not required to stay, however they are required to sign their child in on the party form which includes the Consent to Participate and Waiver of Liability. The waiver will be at the door when you arrive. You do not need pre-party waivers unless the parent will not be able to sign the child in.
You do not have to bring anything, however, water bottles and a table covering is suggested. We do not provide table coverings unless you purchase a paper package. You will have time to eat during the last 30 minutes of the party. We recommend easy items such as healthy snacks or pizza and cupcakes over cake. The time always goes by very quickly. *We do not provide any food or cake/cupcakes. This is all provided by you."
Things we do not allow due to safety concerns and time constraints: popcorn, popcorn machines, pinatas, crock pots, cotton candy machines. .
**You may set up 15 minutes prior to the party beginning. You will not be permitted into the gym to set up any earlier. The party will end promptly at the two hour mark and the party worker will take care of clean up as soon as guests have departed.**
DUE TO COVID-19, PARTIES ARE LIMITED TO 15 GUESTS. PARENTS OF PARTY GUESTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DROP THEIR CHILDREN AND COME BACK TO KEEP OUR LOBBY ATTENDANCE AT A MINIMUM. LOBBY GUESTS MUST WEAR A MASK.
The private event includes one party coordinator which sets up obstacle courses and guides participants through free exploration time. Participants will have a blast after being walked through during two obstacle courses, practicing those courses then having a timed round to see who is the fastest! The party consist of about 45 minutes of instructional play, followed by 45 minutes of free exploration. There is a lobby at the gym that is converted into the party room for cake/food during the last 30 minutes. No guests are allowed back on the equipment during the final 30 minutes.
The NERF type party combines an obstacle course party with Nerf Battles. We provide everything your guests will need to have fun. Participants must be 8 years old or older. Nerf guns, darts and protective eye wear provided. Participants will have instructional play as well as free time!
